This assignment, from my very first illustrator class, allowed me to combine my love for goats with my fascination of all things mythological and origin-story.
This goat pattern has been on my phone as wallpaper ever since we learned how to do repeat patterns, again, way back in my first illustrator class at West Valley College. One day, I will wrap a gift in it.
Shirley, or "Shirl-The-Girl", was the queen of the pen. She lived with 2 male rabbits and sometimes rode them piggy back. She lived a good life and was an elderly pig when she passed around 8 years old.
